German metalcore party animals Electric Callboy closed their 2024 North American tour with a bang in front of a packed room at MGM Music Hall on Sunday night, joined on tour by Bury Tomorrow and If Not For Me.
It was party central at House of Blues last Friday night, as popstars Joey Fatone and AJ McLean took Boston by storm on what would indeed be "A Legendary Night". The prominently millennial crowd made their way down Lansdowne early in the evening, with a long line that went around the corner just as doors opened. DJ Reg West greeted the fans with a 30 minute set, jam packed with some of the greatest hits of all time, from Whitney Houston to Journey. He would also scout the crowd for four lucky fans that would get couch passes, joining the duo on stage later in the evening.
Swedish metal titans Meshuggah took MGM Music Hall by storm on the Boston date of their Immutable Tour, joined by fellow nationals In Flames and Whitechapel.
Europop icons Aqua took over the House of Blues on Wednesday night, on their long awaited first ever US tour. Fans could not contain their excitement, as many had been waiting since 1997 to finally see the pop group live. Others were distinctly Barbie fans, as they showed up in the now iconic movie’s attires. Old and new, everyone in attendance was eager to see the band for the very first time.
Metalheads had a heavy double header to get to on Tuesday night, as Asking Alexandria and The HU took over the Citizens House of Blues as part of the Psycho Thunder Tour.
